Qiming Introduction:
Qiming Early Childhood Education Group was founded in 2001, with its first kindergarten being Beijing Qiming Huaqing Bilingual Kindergarten. It now has 11 chain kindergartens: Huaqing Garden, Dongrun Garden, Zhujiang Garden, Meigui Garden, Mingyue Fengjing Garden, Guofeng Garden, Xiangti Manbu Garden, Shuijingcheng Garden, Kaifaqu Garden, Defu Garden, and Runze Garden. Currently, Qiming Bilingual Kindergarten has nearly 3,000 children enrolled (including children from other countries), with over 700 teaching and other staff members.
Over its 16-year history of running kindergartens, Qiming has adhered to running kindergartens in accordance with the law, actively explored the advantages of domestic and foreign education, the combination of traditional and modern education, introduced cutting-edge international theoretical research results, and integrated developed countries' kindergarten curriculum models with local educational advantages, learning from each other's strengths. It has established the direction of "taking laws and regulations as the criterion, and seeking survival through quality and characteristics," enabling the kindergartens to develop healthily and gaining wide recognition from parents. Under the guidance of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, district education committees, and with the support of expert teams, the group continuously explores and practices, strictly focuses on team building, emphasizes safety work, strengthens meal management, and has achieved remarkable results, earning titles such as District-Level Demonstration Kindergarten, Beijing First-Class First-Category Kindergarten, Municipal Early Education Base, and National Outstanding Private Kindergarten.

Qiming Development History:
September 2001: The first Qiming kindergarten - Huaqing Garden opened (Wudaokou, Haidian District, Beijing).
September 2003: The second Qiming kindergarten - Dongrun Garden opened (Shiliju, South of Jiuxianqiao, Chaoyang District, Beijing).

May 2005: Huaqing Garden received the title of Beijing First-Class First-Category Kindergarten.
September 2005: The third Qiming kindergarten - Dijing Garden opened (No. 28 Guangqu Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing).
June 16, 2007: The 6th anniversary celebration of Qiming, themed "Seeking Roots along the Silk Road," was held at Peking University's Centennial Hall.
November 2007: The fourth Qiming kindergarten - Meigui (Rose) Garden opened (Ciyun Temple, Chaoyang District, Beijing).
April 2008: Dijing Garden was rated as an Outstanding Kindergarten run by social forces in Chaoyang District for 2007.
July 2009: Dijing Garden received the title of Beijing First-Class First-Category Kindergarten.
September 2009: The fifth Qiming kindergarten - Mingyue Fengjing Garden opened (Qingta West Road, Yuegezhuang Bridge, Fengtai District, Beijing).
May 2010: Dongrun Garden received the title of Beijing First-Class Kindergarten.
August 2010: Dijing Garden received the title of National Top 100 Kindergarten.
July 2010: The sixth Qiming kindergarten - Shuijingcheng Garden opened (Hexi District, Tianjin).
September 2010: The seventh Qiming kindergarten - Guofeng Garden opened (Wangjing Dongyuan, Chaoyang District, Beijing).
September 2010: The eighth Qiming kindergarten - Xiangti Manbu Garden opened (Niulanshan, Shunyi District, Beijing).
October 2010: The ninth Qiming kindergarten - Kaifaqu Garden opened (Tianjin Development Zone).
July 14, 2011: Qiming's 10th anniversary celebration and 2011 graduation ceremony was held at Peking University's Centennial Hall.
December 2011: Huaqing Garden received the title and plaque of "Haidian District Demonstration Kindergarten."
January 2012: Kaifaqu Garden received the title of Tianjin First-Class Kindergarten.
February 2012: Shuijingcheng Garden received the title of Tianjin First-Class First-Category Kindergarten.
May 2012: Dongrun Garden was rated as a Beijing Municipal Early Education Base.
2012: Guofeng Garden was rated as a key experimental kindergarten for the "12th Five-Year Plan" research project of the Chinese Society of Education.
April 2013: Guofeng Garden received the title of Beijing First-Class First-Category Kindergarten.

Qiming has a comprehensive "Teacher Development Plan" that clarifies the training objectives and methods for teachers at all levels. It makes full use of the group's resource advantages to provide teachers with opportunities for training and exchange with experts inside and outside the industry, as well as domestic and foreign experts, and conducts learning and training in multiple forms and channels, enabling teachers to achieve professional development and growth at Qiming.
While focusing on professional ability training, we equally emphasize the improvement of comprehensive qualities. Each year we provide expert lectures, teacher physical training, dressing/etiquette lectures, image design/makeup techniques lectures, performing arts, English/Japanese/Korean language training, outdoor development training, and performance viewing plans. Twice a year we go to the National Centre for the Performing Arts to select plays to watch, using art to cultivate temperament, temporarily detach from reality, maintain fresh observation and experience of life, nourish ideals, absorb fine artistic forms for oneself and education, and other comprehensive training.

Qiming's internal talent cultivation and selection mechanism
1. Qiming's internal teacher professional title evaluation
Given that non-local teachers cannot evaluate professional titles in Beijing, and referencing Beijing's teacher professional title evaluation methods, we have established the "Qiming Kindergarten Teacher Professional and Technical Position Evaluation Measures," which are divided into four levels: Senior Teacher, First-Class Teacher, Second-Class Teacher, and Third-Class Teacher. Based on assessments of teachers' work years and professional level, their professional technical positions at Qiming are determined, and the position level is linked to salary. This system pioneered the evaluation of teacher professional titles in Chinese private kindergartens.
