On October 17, 2011, Meinian Health Industry Co., Ltd. and Da Jiankang Technology Health Management Co., Ltd. held a grand press conference in the top-floor meeting room of the Shanghai World Financial Center, officially announcing their merger.
As two leading domestic health examination and health service companies, Meinian Health and Da Jiankang hold leading positions in terms of business scale, technical strength, and standardized services. Mr. Yu Rong, Chairman of Meinian Onehealth Group and former Chairman of Meinian Health Industry Group Co., Ltd., announced at the press conference that the two companies would be renamed "Meinian Onehealth" Group after the merger. The cooperation between the two parties adapts to the historical trend of the country's expansion of domestic demand and development of the health industry, as well as the rapid growth of the people's health awareness. The partnership between the two sides is the best portrayal of favorable timing, geographical advantage, and harmonious human relations.
Meinian Onehealth has more than 50 medical centers nationwide, with services covering over 30 major cities across the country, serving over 2 million customers annually, making it the largest health examination and health service group not only in China but also globally.
