该项目投资1.2亿，由陕西裕隆气体有限公司投资建设，选址位于长青工业园区，占地38亩，建设高纯二氧化碳生产装置一套，特种气体充装生产线4条，高纯氧、高纯氮、生产车间平方米，成品库2800平方米，综合楼800平方米，宿舍900平方米等，其中一期投产5500万元，项目建成后，每年可回收二氧化碳废气0.7亿标立方，其中纯高度二氧化碳产品用途广泛，不仅能减少污染，还能改善环境。
