工作职责:
1. 负责对接产品开发的技术需求，评估制定PCB设计方案；
2. 负责公司电机驱动器等产品的PCB设计、布局、布线、评审等全过程，按时按质完成PCB设计任务；
3. 负责和结构工程师配合，协助结构设计；
4. 负责 PCB EMI,EMC 问题的解决，负责对 PCB layout 问题引起的可靠性或性能问题进行整改修正。
5. 根据PCB文件输出Gerber、坐标等资料，并将相关文档按规定归档，处理工程EQ；
6. 处理 PCB 板厂相关事情及生产线 SMT 问题反馈，并优化改进。
7. 根据器件资料建立并维护元器件封装库；
8. 负责PCB LAYOUT 流程及规范文件升级维护。
9. 上级安排的其他事项；

任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，电子/电气/自动化相关专业，5年以上大功率电机驱动器、电源等产品的PCB Layout经验。
2. 精通 Altium Designer/Cadence Allegro/MentXpedition 等工具，公司统一使用的Altium Designer软件；
3. 熟悉安规设计（如爬电距离/电气间隙）、EMC设计（如GND分割、叠层设计、屏蔽层优化）及热设计（如导热过孔、铜箔散热），有高压400V/800V大功率电机驱动器、逆变器、变频器、电源等产品的PCBlayout经验优先。
4. 有多层板设计经验，具备数模混合、大电流、高功率的PCB Layout经验；
5. 精通PCB设计工具，熟悉电子产品电磁兼容性设计、熟悉电源完整性、信号完整性相关知识、了解印刷电路板的热设计等；
6. 熟悉PCB加工工艺、质量控制过程，能及时处理PCB后续加工的各种问题；
7. 工作细致耐心、有责任感、积极主动、服从管理。
8. 具有良好的学习能力、具备良好的沟通、团队协作意识，能与硬件、结构等相关部门人员进行良好沟通。
