四川亿鑫联水泥有限公司成立于2018年12月初，由三位实力雄厚的民营企业家出资组建，于2018年12月20日通过北京产权交易所平台以公开竞价方式取得了原中铁二十三局集团川东水泥有限公司处置资产，其中包括2500吨/天水泥熟料生产线及配套的余热发电、原料矿山采矿权、铁路专用线等，2019年2月完成资产交接后公司投入大量资金对生产设备进行了改造升级，并于2019年4月29日正式恢复生产。技改后企业熟料产能为100万吨/年，水泥产能为120万吨/年，骨料生产线产能200万吨/年，企业固定资产总额4.5亿元，2019年销售收入2.5亿元（实际生产时间只7个月），为社会提供就业岗位500个，有力地带动了地方经济的发展
