岗位职责：
1、主导完成 AI 应用及智能体相关 Java 模块的开发、编码实现与单元测试，遵循代码规范与研发流程，保障代码稳定性与可扩展性。
2、牵头项目需求梳理、技术方案研讨，完成产品版本迭代开发。
3、主动学习，快速熟悉公司技术栈与业务流程。
4、完成安排的其他技术相关工作。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息等计算机相关专业。
2、扎实Java 背景，熟悉 Spring、Spring Boot 主流开发框架。
3、在大模型调用、选型、部署等方面有较强功底，丰富的 AI Agent、智能客服、机器人、NLP等AI应用项目落地经验。
4、学习能力、逻辑思维与问题排查能力良好，工作主动负责，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识。
加分项：1.有LangChain、AutoGPT、AgentScope、FastGPT、Dify 等 Agent框架使用经验；2.熟悉 AIGC、多模态生成、语音识别、意图理解等技术；3.PRD撰写、Axure/Sketch/Figma 等工具使用。
