港鑫东方所属的白峰码头油库区一期项目，占地142亩，海域使用权面积26公顷、海岸线365.5米，项目总投资5亿元人民币。目前拥有 5万吨级油品专用码头一座（兼靠两条5000吨级船舶）; 配置有总库容31.8万立方米的储油罐、功能罐共28座，适用于多种油品的装卸、存储、中转。公司现有员工74人，其中码头专业工人38人。
