岗位职责：
1.独立完成核心模块的编码，代码规范度高
2.负责攻克技术难点，解决项目中遇到的难题
3.负责代码review、测试与生产系统维护
4.指导初级程序员工作。技术培训，帮助初级程序员提高技术能力
5.完成开发主管交付的其他任务
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，计算机等理工科相关专业，7年(含)以上开发经验。
2.责任心强、有上进心，对工作结果追求质量、能独挡一面。
3.熟悉设计模式，常见模式有实践经验，扎实的JAVA基本功。
4.对多线程和IO通讯的底层机制有一定理解。
5.对常见数据结构有一定理解，如小根堆、lsm树、时间轮。
6.精通Spring cloud微服务技术，精通相关组件，有4年以上的使用经验。
7.熟悉MySql数据库、熟悉redis缓存，基本了解b+树、跳表结构、集群选举。
8.熟悉RocketMQ或Kafka。
加分项：
1.精通数据结构或网络技术，对底层原理有较深理解
2.对任一项有大型项目经验：无人机、AI、直播
