洛阳市电力勘察设计事务所成立于1996年11月，是具有独立法人资格的集体所有制企业，注册资本450万元。1996年10月取得河南省建设厅送变电工程设计丁级资质，2014年取得河南省住建厅电力行业（送电、变电）专业乙级设计资质和工程勘察专业类（工程测量）乙级资质,可从事相应的建设工程总承包业务以及项目管理和相关的技术与管理服务，以及相应的工程勘察业务。2008年获国家发改委工程咨询丙级资质，2014年获工程咨询乙级资质，业务范围：火电（送变电）规划咨询、编制项目建议书、编制项目可行性研究报告、项目申请报告、资金申请报告、工程设计，并具有火电专业评估咨询丙级资质。
