我院于一九八二年成立，属自治区建设厅下属广西建设职业技术学院管理。现有职工91人，其中教授、高级规划师、高级建筑师、高级工程师等有着丰富规划设计的高级技术人才23人，其中多人为有较高造诣的专业技术带头人。我院作为高校设计院，得到自治区建设厅、广西建设职业技术学院的具体指导，依托广西建设职业技术学院强大技术支撑，注重“教?研?产”相结合，注重发挥人才资源优势，各个方面业务均取得了长足发展。近年内完成了各地数百项建筑、规划设计任务。同时，积极主动努力深入开拓设计市场，完成了南宁国际儿童医院医技楼、防城港海天金龙国际大酒店等上百项设计任务，得到了社会各界的一致好评。
