I. Recruitment positions and requirements
Deputy General Manager of China National Aviation Media & Advertising Co., Ltd. (1 position)
Company profile: China National Aviation Media & Advertising Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Media & Advertising Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Aviation Group Corporation, with branch offices in Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing, and Hangzhou. The Media & Advertising Company has exclusive rights to operate the media resources of Air China Limited. Its main media resources include print advertising media such as "China Wings" (Zhongguo Zhiyi), "China Elegance" (Zhongguo Zhiyun), and "International Aviation News" (Guoji Hangkong Bao), as well as in-flight video advertising media such as "Air News" (Kongzhong Xinwen) and "Air Expo" (Kongzhong Bolan). The Media & Advertising Company also undertakes large-scale advertising, exhibitions, and displays, and is a comprehensive professional advertising company operating across multiple media platforms.
Main responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in managing the company's media and advertising business. Specific duties include: participating in formulating the company's business strategy; responsible for drafting and organizing the implementation of the company's business development plan; responsible for market analysis and policy research of the company's media and advertising business, tracking and adjusting the implementation of the company's market strategy; assisting the General Manager in promoting the integration and development of media and advertising business within the group; responsible for managing major business projects within the scope of authority.
Position requirements: A degree in economics, management, or journalism/advertising; familiar with policies, regulations, and rules of the media and advertising business and industry; understanding of industry development trends; strong business management and market expansion capabilities; work experience in newspapers, magazines, advertising, or other media, or publicity work experience.
II. Basic qualifications for applicants
In addition to meeting the specific requirements of the position, applicants should also possess the following basic qualifications:
(1) Passionate about China's civil aviation industry, identify with the corporate culture of China National Aviation Group, abide by laws and regulations, have integrity and good conduct, be honest and clean, diligent and dedicated, cooperative, and rigorous, with good professional ethics;
(2) Familiar with modern enterprise management and the operational methods of internationalized enterprises, with strong innovative ability and organizational coordination ability;
(3) Generally, should have a bachelor's degree or above, with certain foreign language communication and computer application skills; generally not exceeding 50 years old, in good health;
(4) Have more than 5 years of work experience in related industries, with more than 2 years of senior management experience in media and advertising enterprises; familiarity with media advertising operations of air transport enterprises is preferred;
(5) Hold Chinese nationality.
