1 Basic Information Hainan Property Management Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hainan Property Management) was established on April 21, 2000, with a registered capital of 143.6 million RMB and its headquarters in Haikou City, Hainan Province. In 2018, Hainan Property Management once again ranked 27th among the top 100 property management companies in China and is a comprehensive supplier dedicated to modern property services under Hainan Development Holding Co., Ltd., a provincial large state-owned enterprise. Hainan Property Management focuses on airport-type property management, operation, services, and management of owned assets, integrates national policies promoting both rental and sales, builds a rental and sales service brand, enhances property management value, preserves and increases asset value, and strengthens core competitiveness. 2 Core Business 2.1 Property Services Hainan Property Management covers areas including Hainan, Beijing, Changsha, Kunming, Xi'an, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Tianjin, Changchun, Wuhan, Tangshan, and Urumqi, with businesses involving civil airports, large aviation bases, government office areas, 5A office buildings, colleges and universities, mid-to-high-end residential communities, and commercial complexes. It is currently a standing council member of the China Property Management Association and a vice president unit of the Hainan Property Management Association of Hainan Province, and has passed certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001. Leveraging nearly 20 years of airport property management experience, Hainan Property Management has successfully supported the SKYTRAX star ratings for Meilan Airport and Phoenix Airport, forming a distinctive property management brand centered on airport-adjacent and port-adjacent properties. The company currently serves airport and port projects nationwide, including 8 airport projects: Haikou Meilan International Airport, Sanya Phoenix International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Qionghai Boao International Airport, Sansha Yongxing Airport, Tangshan Sannvhe Airport, Yingkou Airport, and Yichang Three Gorges Airport. 2.2 Catering Services Hainan Property Management is also a vice president unit of the Hainan Catering Service Management Association, the chair unit of its Group Meal Professional Committee, and a member unit of the China Cuisine Association. In 2016, it entered the top 100 group meal enterprises in China and became the first hot chain group meal enterprise in Hainan. Its services mainly include group meal dining for government and public institution logistics canteens, airport catering projects at aviation bases, logistics catering for top-tier hospitals, catering for university logistics, large enterprise logistics, and high-end office buildings, providing various services such as small and medium-sized banquets, work meal delivery, and flight delay meal delivery according to owners' needs. The company fully implements "5D" canteen management requirements and is equipped with a rapid food safety testing room. 2.3 Asset Management The company coordinates its owned property assets and resources, completes operational management tasks such as investment promotion, leasing, and consignment for owned assets, establishes standardized, regulated, and institutionalized operational management systems for owned assets, effectively revitalizes idle assets nationwide, and improves asset returns.
