一、岗位职责：
1、负责营销板块信息系统相关实施开发和维护工作，包括SFA、经销商小程序、终端小程、SCRM、DIP、（各类）会员小程序、礼享+小程序、营销小程序、成长值中心等系统；
2、根据业务用例及需求，编写系统设计文档及技术方案，并完成高质量的代码实现和单元测试；
3、负责系统代码发版，协助相关系统架构部署；
4、负责营销信息化系统运维工作，分析系统功能、性能，持续对系统进行调优，保障系统运行稳定；

二、岗位要求：
1、具有3年以上实施开发相关工作经验；
2、Java基础扎实，对JVM有一定了解，能够单独排除和解决问题；
3、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉掌握Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Mybatis等框架；
4、熟悉Mysql数据库，精通SQL语言，能够对SQL进行性能优化，了解分库分表；
5、熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ、ElasticSearch等常用中间件，并能熟悉掌握使用，有分布式、高并发、大数据量系统项目经验优先；
6、熟悉Docker、K8s、等容器化技术，并有相关实践经验优先；
7、掌握常用监控和性能测试工具，如Prometheus、Grafana 、Jmeter；
8、对非关系型数据库有一定了解。
