任职要求：
教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，6年以上 Java 开发经验。
技术栈要求：
精通 Java 核心技术，熟悉 JVM 原理、多线程、高并发编程。
熟悉 Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud 等框架，有分布式系统开发经验。
掌握 MySQL、Redis 等数据库，熟悉 SQL 优化和数据库设计。
了解容器化（Docker/Kubernetes）、消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）等技术。
熟悉大数据相关技术，如Hadoop、Flink、kafka、TIDB等，有实际项目开发经验。
熟练使用Linux，熟练常用中间件（Redis、MySQL、mq等）的高可用部署方案并能独立完成，且了解CICD整体流程
有较强的问题解决能力和团队协作精神，能够承受工作压力。具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术。
相关经验：
有低代码平台开发经验者优先，了解可视化开发、元数据驱动、API编排等技术。
