胜利油田胜利化工有限责任公司组建于2001年3月，原为胜利石油管理局直属控股子公司，2007年2月份完成整体改制分流。2004年，公司通过了ISO9001和英国皇家UKAS质量体系认证，2010年公司被评为东营市*具发展潜力科技企业，2011年被认定为高新企业公司主体企业。公司注册资本1767万元，公司资产总额2.1亿元，现有员工500人，其中高中级专业技术人员占44%，机关设两个部室、5家直属单位，下属孤岛等8家分公司，源润化工等4家控股公司。
