一、岗位职责
1、负责设计、构建和优化AI智能体及其应用产品，支撑AI智能体构建
2、负设计并实现多智能体协同架构，支撑多智能体协同解决复杂任务
3、对现有的大模型对话系统进行评估，识别改进的机会，提升AI工程架构扩展性
4、深入理解业务，产出高质量的业务支撑方案、性能优化方案和技术规划，并能独立推动落地
5、参与攻克高并发、高可用等带来的巨大挑战，支撑百万级QPS的分布式复杂系统
6、积极参与技术攻坚战役，前沿技术探索，为部门及公司技术实力提升与发展贡献力量

二、任职要求
1、统招本科或以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能或相关领域的硕士及以上学历；
2、至少5年在AI领域的工作经验，尤其是在大模型及其工程应用方面；
3、具有扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉微服务、JVM、集合、多线程编程，掌握Spring/SpringBoot，MyBatis、Cache、RPC；
4、理解面向对象编程和设计模式、分布式架构；具有高并发、高性能、可扩展的系统设计经验
5、很强的主动性和责任心，能够自我驱动，不断学习，善于前后端协作推进产品架构演进和升级
6、良好的学习和表达能力、逻辑思维能力
7、具有智能客服领域大模型与AI Agent、Agentic、SKILL、落地经验优先
