About the Company

温岭绿能新能源有限公司，占地面积110亩，总投资7.8亿:分两期建设，一期项目于2014年开工建设，2016年2月投运，-期建设2台400Vd循环流化床焚烧炉，配套1台15MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组，日处理生活垃圾800吨，配套建设垃圾储存、污泥干化、给排水、污染防治等相应配套工程。烟气处理采用“SNCR脱硝(预留炉外脱硝)+炉内喷石灰石+半干式反应塔+活性炭吸附+高效布袋除坐器”。二期于2018年开工建设，2019年5月投运，二期建设1台750td机械炉排炉垃圾费烧炉及1台300t/d 污泥干化生产线，配套1台30MW 凝汽式汽轮发电机组;同时配套烟气净化系统、废水处理系统、灰渣处理系统等环保工程。
烟气处理采用“SNCR炉内脱硝+预除坐+冷萃塔+干法喷射+活性炭吸附+圆形布袋除尘器+GGH+SGH+SCR”。处理后烟气达到超净排放要求。垃圾焚烧发电项目总处理处理规模达到1600吨/日，其中污泥300吨/日。该项目建设投产解决了温岭市生活垃圾、工业垃圾、污泥等固废的终端处置，将垃圾资源无害化处置、变废为宝、真正实现垃圾“零”填埋。
