该岗位工作地点：四川德阳绵竹或内蒙古鄂尔多斯
岗位职责：
1、负责所属区域的EHS目标数据监控、分析与考核，实现六个零目标；
2、负责厂区安全风险评估，制定必要措施，推动措施落地；
3、负责厂房、设备、四新项目等的风险辨识、评估与控制；
4、负责消防、特种设备、施工&化学品的监督管理；
5、负责隐患排查&治理，推动隐患整改，监督并保障风险控制措施的有效性；
6、调查和处理各类安全事件和安全违规，推动现场工作改善，防止类似事件再次发生；
7、负责对厂区员工进行安全生产培训，使员工了解和应对各种安全风险；
8、标准化推行及其他EHS相关工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上，安全、化工、机械、环保等相关专业；
2、熟悉企业安全风险评估，国家及地方对环境、健康、安全、消防方面政策法规；
3、具备良好的自我驱动能力和抗压能力，结果导向；
4、有良好的团队协作意识和沟通能力，有较强的执行力；
5、持有注册安全工程师、注册消防工程师证书优先；
6、正极材料行业、锂电行业或大型工贸企业5年及以上现场安全相关工作经验优先。
