岗位职责

5. 独立参与与印度团队的英语会议（每周 1 次），进行技术沟通与问题协调。
6. 配合项目团队推进开发进度，按计划完成任务交付。

任职要求
• 3年以上 Python 开发经验，熟悉主流框架（如 FastAPI、Django、Flask 等）。
• 具备 AI 相关经验：能在应用开发中使用 AI 技术（如模型 API 调用、集成 AI 组件、数据处理等）。
• 熟悉常用数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL 等）者优先。
• 有工厂数字化、制造业系统项目经验者加分。
• 有基本英语沟通能力，可相对独立与国外团队沟通。
• 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和自驱力，能够快速响应工厂用户需求。
• 可接受偶尔前往北京工厂现场支持。
