桂林日盛食品有限责任公司成立于2003年，是一家从事生产出口果蔬罐头食品的自营进出口外向型农产品加工企业。位于广西兴安县界首镇城东322线国道旁，占地面积55亩，建筑面积19000平方米，建有两条罐头食品生产线，年产罐头及速冻食品设计能力21000吨。公司现有员工260人，设有生产部、质技部、行政部、财务部、业务部、机电部等机构。公司产品有白果、马蹄、蘑菇、柑橘、荔枝、甜玉米等罐头及速冻产品，产品98%以上出口，主要销往到日本、美国、欧洲、东南亚、香港、台湾等国家和地区。多年来公司销往日本和台湾的白果（银杏）罐头，占我国出口量的70%。
