新疆能源集团和田能源矿业有限责任公司（简称“和田能源矿业公司”），是新疆能源（集团）有限责任公司全资子公司，于2022年6月1日成立，下设和田布雅矿业有限责任公司、龙河矿业有限责任公司、新疆金能昆仑矿业有限责任公司三家子公司，在职员工348人，年营业额约5000万元。
按照“有效掌控和有序开发新疆能源资源，加快资源变资产、资产转资本进程”的责任，为和田地区煤炭保供任务积极做出贡献；主要经营煤炭生产、供应，非煤矿产资源开发、转化，以及相关主业配套业务等。
