汉中天然谷生物科技股份有限公司成立于2006年4月，隶属于中陕核工业集团公司的国有控股企业。依托陕南及毗邻地区丰富的中草药植物资源和洁净的天然生态环境等优势,专业从事植物提取物、固体饮料、保健食品、天然食品、食品添加剂的研发、生产、销售及相关产品的自营进出口业务。2014年10月在美国洛杉矶注册百思草股份有限公司，2015年11月，成功挂牌新三板；2022年5月，正式从新三板基础层调入到创新层。公司位于城固县沙河营镇，占地110亩，现有员工百余人，其中研发团队30余人，国内外专业销售团队30余人，2000㎡生产车间3个,2000㎡洁净车间1个,拥有独立的研发和质检中心，是植物提取物专业研发生产企业。
