任职要求
1、依据项目发展目标，完成项目的基础架构与业务中台架构设计，要求支撑百万活跃用户同时在线和百万级TPS；
2、参与项目系统架构的实现方案，并完成开发；
3、对系统运行数据进行收集和分析，发现系统中的不足，并持续对其进行优化；
4、不断地研究新技术，对适用系统的新技术进行评估、研究和测试，始终保持技术的先进性；
5、保障项目安全、可靠。
职位要求
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业，5年以上互联网开发经验，主导参与开发过百万级用户量的互联网产品开发；
2、精通SpringCloud框架，Netty框架，GRPC，以及RabbitMQ/RocketMQ等主流消息中间件，熟练掌握DDD领域模型；
3、精通Java、Jvm性能调优及并发编程；
4、熟悉Redis、MongoDB、ElasticSearch等主流NoSQL数据库的使用和调优；
5、精通Mysql数据库的使用及性能调优；
6、熟练使用Linux，以及Docker、K8s等容器技术；
7、熟悉常见算法；
8、具备管理能力，能带领团队完成预定目标的开发工作。
