陕西华远医药集团西安有限公司成立于2020年11月24日，是陕西华远医药集团有限公司的参股公司。主要经营中成药、中药材、中药饮片、化学原料药、化学药制剂、抗生素原料药、抗生素制剂、生化药品、生物制品（除疫苗）等。业务以线下医疗机构配送为基础，嵌入线上电商B2B，借助互联网+医药智能科技，探索药品零售O2O新模式。公司建有常温库、阴凉库、冷库，另外建有中药材、中药饮片专库，均为阴凉设置。库区配备温湿度监测系统（对库区温湿度实行24小时连续、自动的监测和记录）、视频监控系统、中央空调机组、新风系统、智能物流输送分拣系统、手持PDA、重型货架等。公司配送车共9辆，其中冷藏车1辆、保温箱5个。冷库和冷藏车安装有自动监测、调控、显示、存储和读取温度数据的设备，并具有报警功能，保温箱外部能显示、采集箱体内温度数据及实时上传温度数据的功能。采用时空供应链管理系统（ERP V11）、时空仓储管理软件（WMS V3.0）、TMS车辆管理软件（V3.0）对药品的经营管理、仓储管理、车辆调度进行统一管理，不仅能满足药品现代物流运营需要，同时能覆盖药品经营物流质量管理全过程。陕西华远医药集团西安有限公司作为国有参股企业，秉承国企社会责任，坚持“药品质量*，人民健康至上”的质量方针，有效地保障了人民群众用药安全和及时有效。
