工作内容：
1、负责生产核心系统的设计、开发、和维护，保障生产系统的生产稳定运行及新功能迭代。
2、参与需求分析、方案设计、技术难题攻关等。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，3年及以上工作经验。
2、扎实的Java基础，深入理解面向对象、IO/NIO、多线程、设计模式及通信协议，熟悉JVM原理与性能调优。
3、熟练使用Spring系列框架（如Springboot、springcloud）、MyBatis等ORM框架，熟悉Tomcat配置及MQ/Kafka等中间件。熟悉分布式架构（Dubbo/Zookeeper）、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、缓存（Redis）。
4、熟悉Html、CSS、JS等前端技术，熟悉Vue、Angular等主流前端框架。
5、掌握MySQL、oracle数据库设计与优化，具有SQL调优能力；
6、有金融软件开发经验者优先。
