醴陵兆阳环保有限公司是盈峰集团与渌江集团共同设立的子公司。项目位于醴陵市茶山镇转步口村生活垃圾填埋场红线范围内，占地117公顷，项目覆盖醴陵市城乡。分项目三个：生活垃圾及运输系统建设项目、醴陵市生活垃圾预处理及燃烧发电项目、醴陵市生活垃圾无害化处理场；总投资7.17亿元，项目总投资约5亿元。项目建设处理能力600吨/日，燃烧系统年运行时间8000小时以上，年并网电量约7080万度。生活垃圾焚烧发电项目配置1×600t/d焚烧线和1×12MW汽轮发电机组，年处理废粉21.9万吨。该项目可实现生活垃圾减量化、无害化处理和资源化利用，促进节能减排，优化能源结构和提高经济发展。
