1.大专及以上学历，3年制造PMC管理岗工作经历；
2.有云母行业或新能源汽车行业从业者优先；
3.精通SAP/ERP/MRP系统、掌握制程产能规划评估与应用；
4.具有良好的沟通能力，为公司生产提供合理化建议。
