岗位职责：
1、参与公司海外产品的迭代研发，负责系统功能的服务端设计、开发和维护；
2、能够根据业务需求，参与产品的需求分析、调研和开发方案设计；
3、优化和改进功能，以提升用户体验和实现业务逻辑升级；
4、持续从技术上提升服务性能、稳定性，提升研发效能。

岗位要求：
1、全日制专科及以上学历，1-3年相关工作经验；
2、熟悉Java语言和面向对象设计开发，熟悉多线程程序开发，对多线程技术、异步、并发有较深入理解；
3、熟悉主流开源框架，如 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis、RabbitMQ、Redis等，具备独立的问题排查能力；
4、熟悉微服务架构，熟悉分布式、多线程、缓存、消息等高性能架构相关开发技术；
5、熟悉MYSQL和NoSQL数据库，具备高性能数据库设计经验；
6、有强烈的上进心和求知欲，善于学习和运用新知识，善于沟通和逻辑表达，有强烈的团队意识和执行力。

1、熟悉常用的数据结构与算法，对设计模式、软件工程等有较深入的理解；
2、有海外业务开发经验优先；
