【岗位职责】
1、负责使用 Flutter 进行跨平台移动应用开发，独立完成 iOS 和 Android 端 App 的开发与迭代；
2、高效产出高质量代码，按时交付开发任务，保障产品稳定流畅；
3、持续优化应用性能与用户体验，主动推动产品体验和技术实现升级。

【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上 Flutter 实际开发经验，扎实的面向对象编程能力；
2、具备原生 Android 或 iOS 开发经验，熟悉混合开发模式，能独立完成 Flutter 前端界面与数据逻辑开发；
3、熟练掌握 Dart 语言及 Flutter 框架，具备良好的代码规范和工程实践；
4、熟悉 Java / Kotlin 中至少一门语言，了解常用数据结构和算法，能运用常见设计模式；
5、自驱力强，学习能力强，沟通顺畅，具备优秀的团队协作精神和执行力。
