岗位要求
1. 计算机、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上软件开发经验，有平台运维经验优先。
2. 精通高并发、高性能分布式系统设计与落地，具备丰富的生产环境问题排查经验。
3. Java基础扎实，深入理解JVM原理，精通多线程、NIO模型、常用设计模式，代码规范优雅。
4. 熟练掌握Spring/SpringMVC/Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流框架。
5. 精通MySQL/PostgreSQL等至少一种关系型数据库，具备数据库调优、分库分表经验。
6. 熟练掌握MQ、Redis等缓存、NoSQL技术的原理与应用，能解决缓存击穿、消息积压等问题。
7. 了解Node.js运行机制与核心模块，可支撑Java+Node.js多技术栈开发则优先。
8. 具备积极自驱的工作心态，良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能承受高强度工作压力，有技术攻坚精神。
