Dongxin Beiyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EB") was jointly founded in February 2000 by Professor Liao Jianxin of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, based on his mobile intelligent network technology, together with Eastern Communications, with a registered capital of 50 million RMB.

With the advent of the 4G era, VoLTE is gradually evolving into the mainstream voice solution for global operators, offering high-quality audio and video services, and combined with rich communication services, it can provide a richer service experience. EB already possesses comprehensive voice service solutions based on VoLTE.
With the arrival of the 4G and mobile internet era, mobile value-added services are shifting from a rough operating model focusing on scale and speed to a refined model emphasizing quality and experience. Relying on its deep product technology accumulation and R&D experience in the field of mobile value-added services, as well as its nationwide operator customer network, EB is committed to addressing the refined operating system architecture and key technologies for mobile value-added services.
