岗位职责：
1、负责公司贷款系统、账务系统开发工作；
2、参与系统需求分析和设计，负责系统开发相关工作；
3、负责系统功能的设计，并提供相关功能的解决方案，包括：系统交互设计、接口规范制定等，参与代码评审工作；
4、负责项目管理并协助质量管理人员保障项目质量；
5、按照项目进度要求及任务分配，完成系统功能的开发、单元测试、联调及投产支持；
6、配合测试人员定位、修复系统出现的问题，负责系统迭代优化和持续改进。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，35周岁及以下；
2、3年以上开发经验，1年以上大型项目管理经验；
3、熟悉常用设计模式，能独立完成模块及功能的设计与开发；
4、熟悉Java面向对象编程技术，如：多线程、反射、通讯、IO流等；
5、熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Mybatis等开源框架；
6、熟悉RocketMQ/RabbitMQ、Redis等中间件技术；
7、熟悉Linux操作系统与Oracle/MySQL等数据库；
8、熟悉Maven/Gradle/Git等工具。
