4. 熟悉Git版本控制，能独立进行代码管理、分支合并与冲突解决；
5. 具备良好的代码习惯，重视代码质量、可读性与可维护性；
6. 有上线App项目经验者优先，熟悉混合开发（Flutter/React Native/uni-app）者优先；
7. 具备较强的问题排查能力、学习能力与团队协作意识，责任心强。
