公司成立于2001年，由大型央企和大型地方国企合资建立，是集研发、生产、经营、服务于一体的高新技术企业，公司的主要产品有锂离子电池用电解液、电解质，是中国首家生产锂电池用六氟磷酸锂产品的企业。新建公司位于南港工业区，目前一期项目15000吨电解液，1000吨锂盐，150吨二氟磷酸锂产线已建成投产，二期工程计划2023年开始建设。
