现有会员800多家，大部分是省级社会组织精英和各地市社会组织总会及有影响的企业；直接服务省级社会组织3400多家，联系并服务全省社会组织7.2万家。设有工作委员会7个，各地市办事处18个，同时作为《大社会》杂志社通讯站。建立了工、青、妇等群团组织。建立了官网、公众号、视频号、云商会、《大社会》杂志五大宣传平台。秘书处内设综合部、教育训练部、会员服务部、质量评估部、党建办、《大社会》杂志等部门，每年吸纳各大高校本科生、研究生等实习50余人次。
