About the Company

福建泓光半导体材料有限公司成立于2019年1月，位于漳州高新区，为恒坤股份旗下子公司，致力于集成电路高端光刻胶的研发和生产。项目总投资4.5亿，其中一期投资1.5亿元，年产光刻胶30000加仑，于2020年5月份正式量产出货。
恒坤股份成立于1996年，于2015年新三板挂牌，致力于半导体先进材料的研发及产业化。公司总部位于厦门，目前已投资兴建高端光刻胶(漳州)和超纯前驱体（大连)2个生产基地，设立上海、武汉、合肥等多据点就近服务客户，初步形成集成电路先进材料国产化的产业布局。目前公司已是国内知名IC企业(英特尔，中芯国际，长江存储等)材料供应商，并成为国家集成电路材料联盟会员、国家三维集成制造创新中心股东理事单位。
