江门市广悦化工股份有限公司（简称：广悦化工公司）成立于2023年1月，是江门市广悦电化有限公司（简称：广悦电化公司）与江门市城市发展投资集团有限公司共同出资组建的一家国有氯碱生产企业。广悦化工公司通过广悦电化公司搬迁以谋求更高质量发展，成为本地区氯碱产业链龙头企业。目前搬迁项目落户新会区古井镇珠西新材料集聚区，计划总投资16亿元，建设用地190亩，分两期建设：一期产能8.1万吨/年烧碱（100%），二期通过扩产实现20万吨/年烧碱产能目标。项目达产后将实现销售收入9.5亿元（不含税），净利润超1亿元。
