爱拓环保能源（浙江）有限公司成立于2017年12月14日，是由山鹰国际、环宇集团国际控股有限公司和浙江山鹰纸业共同出资，注册资本7.4亿元，总投资达10.8亿元。现有员工140人。公司用地120亩，日处理工业固废量达1800吨。主要以造纸废弃物、造纸渣浆、造纸污泥及市政污泥和废布料等工业固废为原料，对工业固废进行“无害化、减量化和资源化”的综合利用。公司引进欧洲成熟处理工艺，配套建设200T/H高温高压循环流化床锅炉、50MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组、RDF预处理系统及其他辅助生产设备。
