石河子市城市社区卫生服务中心（八师总院城中分院）位于市中心一号小区东环路13号。是师、市政府举办的非营利性医疗机构，中心集预防、医疗、中医、康复、健康教育、计划生育、体检服务为一体，是全方位对外开放的社区卫生服务中心，2020年6月由原石河子市第二社区卫生服务中心与原一中心下辖24个社区卫生服务站、原十五中心下辖16个社区卫生服务站合并成立，2021年2月原十一社区卫生服务中心合并加入，目前下辖41个社区卫生服务站。工作人员296人。是石河子市职工医保、居民医保定点社区卫生服务中心。 中心规模建筑面积1800多平方米，固定资产1680万，设有门诊部、医技科、药剂科、预防接种门诊、健康体检等科室。
