2、掌握至少一种微服务开发框架，包括但不限于SpringCloud，Dubbo；
3、掌握至少一种消息中间件，如RabbitMQ，Kafka，掌握至少一种任务调度框架，如Saturn，elasticJob；
3、熟练掌握如redis，MySQL，elasticSearch，maven，git等技能，有JVM调优经验和数据库调优经验者优先；
4、有良好的团队协作和沟通能力，积极主动，既能独立完成工作也能有效融入团队；
5、对海外媒体/国内媒体的marketing API有一定的经验；
6、有过大型分布式并发系统开发经验，有广告/AI行业背景者优先；
7、积极拥抱AI，对于AI相关知识的储备、AI在工程提效，业务产品应用方面有自己的见解；
8、有良好的质量意识和生产环境意识；
