国光生物制药股份有限公司创建于1969年，原嘉兴生化药厂。2003年改制进入国光集团，更名而成。公司占地面积40亩，建筑总面积9394㎡，现有五个车间：口服固体、口服液体、外用软膏、原料车间、提取车间。剂型：片剂、糖浆剂、口服溶液剂、合剂（含口服液）、露剂、软膏剂、乳膏剂（含激素类）、原料药（人工牛黄、氨肽素、胃膜素）。重点从事于生物医药新产品新技术的研究开发和生产销售。 公司所有生产线均通过新版GMP认证。 浙江国光药业专注于糖尿病药品的开发和生产，*产品包括盐酸二甲双胍片，是糖尿病的良药。除糖尿病产品外，公司在生化药方面进行探索和研究，现现有18个品种，如脾合剂、复方甘草口服溶等。
