梧州市烟草专卖局（公司）成立于1985年1月1日。目前，市局（公司）机关设立办公室、人力资源管理科、财务科、审计科、专卖办、综合管理科、整顿办、信息科、监察科、安全保卫科等10个职能科室和营销管理中心、物流管理中心2个中心，各县（市）、梧州市城区分别设立梧州市城区烟草专卖局（区域营销部）、苍梧县烟草专卖局（区域营销部）、藤县烟草专卖局（区域营销部）、岑溪市烟草专卖局（区域营销部）、蒙山县烟草专卖局（区域营销部）等5个县级烟草专卖局（区域营销部）。目前，梧州市烟草专卖局（公司）共有在岗员工464人，大专以上学历160人，占34.5％。
