1、根据公司战略发展，全面负责人力行政部的工作，参与制订人力资源发展目标和规划，为各农场/部门的经营管理做好综合服务保障。

月绩效考核及汇总工作。
6、入离职员工档案管理；协助总经理领导
集团公司档案借阅工作；监督指导人资档案
日常维护工作。
7、拟定招聘方案；日常招聘工作管理；招聘
渠道的开拓工作的管理。
8、协助行政部制定、优化企业文化等工
作；协助行政部做好集团公司日常行政事务
工作。
9、对本团队内人员工作进行管理；对团队
内人员专业能力进行把控、培养及筛选，推
动团队能力提升。
任职要求：
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上行政管理及人事管理工作经验，有农业公司工作经验者优先考虑；
3、相关人资资格证书；
4、熟悉人资六模块流程及知识；熟悉劳动法规；熟悉国家相关政策及政策申报流程；
5、受过人力资源、组织行为学、心理学、管理学等方面的培训。
