1、担任技术导师：主导Code Review、技术分享，提升团队工程能力（代码缺陷率下降30%+）；
2、建立知识库与故障案例库，推动技术雷达更新；

3、技术栈精通
分布式中间件：Kafka（TPS＞10万）、Redis（集群+Redlock）、RPC（Dubbo3/gRPC）；
数据库：MySQL（分库分表+SQL优化）、ES（搜索聚合）、分布式事务（Seata/TCC）；
云原生：Docker+K8s编排、Prometheus+SkyWalking全链路监控；
高并发设计：熔断（Sentinel）、限流（令牌桶/漏桶）、缓存击穿/雪崩防护；
