1、研究过开源组件源码并编写过自己的组件产品；

2、有BI表报系统开发经验，涉及标签、报表和数据库；

3、精通 Elasticsearch、starrocks、polardb及其他分析型数据库性能优化经验优先；

4、有大型分布式、多线程、高并发、千万或以上数据量、高负载、高可用性系统开发经验者优先；

5、参与过敏捷研发，实践过自动化持续集成，能够通过技术或工具提高项目质量和开发效率者优先。
