3.针对工业大场景，进行渲染性能、内存管理等关键技术的前瞻性研究与攻关。
4.与产品、设计及后端团队协作，完成项目开发、调试与部署上线。
5.完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学等相关专业。
2.工作经验：3年及以上Unity开发经验，有工业仿真、数字孪生、智慧城市等项目经验者优先。
3.专业技能：
3.1精通Unity3D引擎及游戏开发流程，熟练掌握C#语言与面向对象编程。
3.2深入理解Unity渲染管线，熟练掌握Shader编写，了解灯光、材质、贴图渲染原理。
3.3熟悉3D图形学基础，掌握常用3D数学算法，具备性能分析与优化经验。
3.4有UGUI/UI Toolkit等UI系统开发经验，能实现复杂交互界面。
3.5了解常见数据通信协议（如WebSocket, HTTP），具备网络联调经验。
4.通用能力：
4.1具备良好的逻辑思维能力、编程习惯与独立解决问题的能力。
4.2强烈的责任心、良好的团队沟通与协作精神。
4.3对工业智能制造领域有浓厚兴趣，具备快速学习新技术的能力。
