4、技术栈广度：熟练使用 SQLAlchemy、Django等ORM框架，具备Celery、RabbitMQ、Kafka等消息队列技术的应用经验，能够灵活搭建高并发、高可用的后端服务架构。
5、业务转化能力：具备优秀的需求拆解与技术落地能力，能够快速理解安全运营业务场景，将复杂业务需求转化为可落地的技术实现方案。
