3、熟练掌握SpringBoot框架，两年以上SpringCloud微服务框架开发经验,深入了解微服务原理及运行机制。

4、熟悉高性能、高并发、高可用性分布式系统设计，熟悉RPC、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡、分布式事务等，并能进行系统的调优和优化。

5、对技术充满好奇心，乐于学习，愿意分享，具备良好的服务意识，责任心，团队沟通和协作能力、发现并解决问题的能力；
