3、有2年以上项目管理经验，能带领项目小组根据需求设计并完成软件系统的设计与实现等技术管理工作；
4、熟悉数据库原理，熟练使用 MySQL、Redis等数据库，具备数据库设计、优化及 SQL 调优能力。
5、熟练使用Elasticsearch，了解其原理与应用场景。
6、有地理信息系统GIS相关开发经验者优先。
