The experienced Waste Sourcing Manager will actively focus on sourcing end-of-life Polycarbonate (PC) waste in China to feed company’s recycling initiatives in Asia. The manager will use his/her existing network fsourcing unlock new competitive waste sources fcompany’s recycling plant. Frequent travel, dynamic engagement, strategic relationship building are key components of this impactful role enabling circularity of Polycarbonate.

Responsibilities:
83 Proactively identify, secure, manage new sources of Polycarbonate (PC) waste in the Shanghai region beyond. - 40%
83 Proactively identify, secure, manage new sources of Polycarbonate (PC) waste in the Shanghai region beyond. - 20%
83 Regular travel within the region to establish new contacts, maintain relationships, understlocal market dynamics. - 20%
83 Collaborate with internal recycling operations teams to ensure alignment between waste sourcing strategies plant capacities. - 10%
83 Represent company’s circular economy goals externally, enhancing the companys sustainability image. - 10%

Qualifications:
85 Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical mechanical engineering.

85 Minimum Experience:
5 years in recycling business

85 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Large network in recycling industry
Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation skills.
Innovative, creative thinker capable of addressing challenges finding novel sourcing solutions.
